The only small and medium-sized EOD robot in China that has a two-handed claw, multi-view function, and integrates reconnaissance, transfer, and disposal. robot vision multi-function explosive removal robot is composed of mechanical vision system, X-ray scanning system, motion control system and simulation robot hand induction system, which can accurately locate and grasp the target and automatically complete the grabbing function. The robot hand can operate according to the induction gloves, corresponding to the elbow, wrist and claw joints respectively. Each joint is driven by a DC motor and controlled by a position closed-loop servo. The four cameras are installed above the robot hand and can rotate to adjust the field of vision. Four cameras are installed on the top to take four images of the same object. Based on the principle of triangle ranging, the accurate position of the coordinate system between the object and the manipulator can be obtained by image matching and computer. The sensitive gloves are used to control the manipulator to take the object claw and place it on the flexible explosion-proof tank on the track. The X-ray scanning can be used to judge whether the object is dangerous or not, which can be judged according to the computer system.
